Principal's Office | A Letter from Our Principal
February 22, 2012
Dear Parents,
Holy Ash Wednesday to you! As you all know, today begins the forty days of Lent, a time when we prepare with prayers, good deeds, and sacrifices to ready for the Resurrection of Our Lord. As a school, we will participate in several faith-building activities, such as Stations of the Cross, Mass, and student and faculty retreats to help us grow closer to Jesus during this time.
Please come participate and pray with us. This year we hope to have a Parent Retreat Day during Lent. What better way to grow in your own personal faith and model for your children how important your faith is. I look forward to seeing many of you at our Parent Retreat. Please contact me at the office if you are interested in helping to plan or participate in any way.
Now from the spiritual to the practical:
Please note there were some very important fliers handed out this week in the Wednesday Envelope. You must sign them all and return to school by Friday so your child can receive Free Dress!
Mid-year Fundraiser Details
We are so impressed with the committed parents that attended our past Mandatory Parent Meeting!
Have a HOLY and peaceful Lenten Season. Hope to see you at the Parent Retreat
